Free UK tracked delivery over £50. Should a piece not be right, here is how a return works.
14 days to return
Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return a piece. It must be unused and unworn, in its original condition, with its original packaging and tags where it came with them.
Write to us first
Before sending anything back, email us with your order number. We will reply with how to return the piece.
Inspected, then refunded
Each return is inspected when it reaches us. Once it is approved, we refund the original payment method.
Final sale
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
